1. Information We Collect
- User registration details (name, email address, role).
- Property records (address, unit configuration, utility split ratios).
- Uploaded utility bills, receipts, and maintenance attachments.
- Rent payment records and communication history with tenants.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to operate the platform: generating rent ledgers, issuing certified digital receipts, delivering utility invoices, producing CRA T776 exports, and enabling secure co-landlord and tenant communication.
3. Data Retention Safeguards
Records are retained for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for the minimum period required to meet Ontario tenancy record-keeping and CRA tax audit guidelines. Encrypted backups are pruned on a rolling schedule.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Tenant data is only visible to the landlord (and any invited co-landlord) who invited the tenant. Aggregate, anonymized analytics may be used to improve the product.
5. Your Choices
You may request a full export or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting the account owner or R Matias 55 Studios directly.
